The published price
Each month, plus GST
A$349
The price WestReach Digital publishes for local SEO and Google Business Profile management is A$399 setup and A$349 a month, plus GST. Both amounts are plus GST. GST is not included in those figures.
The setup is once. The month is each month after that, for one business and one listing. The pricing page is the list of what sits inside that price. These terms do not add a second price.

The work is local SEO and care of the Google Business Profile for one tradie or small business in Melbourne's west. Setup makes the listing complete and accurate. The month keeps it active: the posts, the review replies, and the short numbers note described on the pricing page, within the caps written there.
You keep the login. WestReach is a manager on the listing, not the owner of it. You can remove that access.
In-person meetings are in Tarneit and Truganina. The same listing work covers the other western suburbs by phone or video. A suburb page is an explanation of a place. It is not a WestReach office in that suburb.
What the price does not cover

A new website is not inside A$399 or A$349. An AI receptionist is not inside that price either. Neither one is part of the published package. If either is offered later, it is a separate quote, plus GST, and it is not started by paying the SEO month.
Ads are not in the price. A second listing is not in the price. A promise of page one is not in the price, because that promise is not on offer.
No ranking promise
Google decides what people see. Distance, relevance, and how established the business is all sit outside a fixed monthly fee. WestReach will not invent a call count, a review, or a rank to make the page look busy.
Nothing on this website is a guarantee of enquiries, a place in the map pack, or a star rating. The work is the listing and the local pages, done as the pricing page describes.
Starting, paying, and stopping
Work starts when you and WestReach agree the business, the listing, and the month. The setup fee is for that start. The monthly fee is for the month then underway. Both are plus GST.
The month is month to month. You can cancel. Cancellation stops the next month. It does not erase a month that has already been done. You still own the listing after you cancel.
How an invoice is paid is agreed when the work starts. This page does not invent a card processor or a direct-debit bureau.
The website itself
The pages are information about the service. They are not a quote for a business that has not written in. A form submission is an enquiry. It is not, by itself, an agreement to start the month.
You may read the pages and share a link to them. You may not copy the pages onto another site and present them as your own service.
Australian Consumer Law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. The Australian Consumer Law still applies. Nothing here excludes a guarantee or a remedy that the law says cannot be excluded. Where the law allows a limit, the limit is supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
If a line on this page conflicts with a guarantee that cannot be signed away, that guarantee wins.

No. The month is month to month. You can cancel. You keep the login to your Google listing.
Do you promise a ranking?
No. Nothing on this site promises a place on Google, a number of calls, or a review score.
Which law applies?
These terms are under the law of Victoria, Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be signed away.
